Welcome to my world of Genealogical & Local History research. This has been my constant hobby since 1959 and I currently maintain a database of over 22,000 UK references to the surname Cox/Cock and its variations, mostly from the West Country Counties, The Brents in particular.
My main sources are the Census for 1851, 1881 & 1901; the IGIs online and Parish Registers. I have quite an extensive library including microfiche records, which all in all give me access to several million names.
